JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure seamless store operation and management
• Set and achieve store sales goals, motivating the sales team to achieve outstanding results and foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
• Identify and implement new initiatives to enhance service standards and drive sales
• Keep up with industry trends to keep MONOLOQ at the forefront of fashion innovation
• Provide comprehensive training and coaching on product knowledge and customer service to empower the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on resolution and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Maintain an outstanding store condition, adhering to MONOLOQ's visual mechandising standards
• Generate and submit daily, monthly, yearly operation reports to management contributing to the overall success of MONOLOQ
• Ensure proper inventory management to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts or overstock situations

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers with a warm smile and be readily available to assist them throughout their visit
• Confidently engage with customers, actively listening to their needs, and ensuring they feel valued
• Participate in various sales activities, including approaching customers, offering product recommendations, promoting our offerings, addressing objections, upselling, cross-selling and closing sales
• Offer valuable feedback on merchandise to influence product planning and cater to customer preferences
• Stay well-informed about our product offerings and industry trends, enabling you to confidently educate customers about product features and benefits
• Assist customers in placing online orders and coordinate online order pickups for a seamless experience
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Be prepared to assist with ad-hoc duties and activities as needed

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute visually appealing displays that reflect MONOLOQ's brand identity and showcase our collection
• Ensure the effective implementation of planograms, maximizing product visibility and customer appeal
• Work closely with the merchandising and sales team to align visual displays with product promotions, themes and marketing campaigns
• Regularly inspect and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store, make adjustments as need
• Train store-in-charge and sales advisors on visual merchandising standards and techniques to ensure consistency in presentation
• Offering assistance to customer when needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for details and aesthetics
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in using visual merchandising software (e.g. AutoCAD, AI etc) and basic computer skills
• Availability to work for irregular work shifts
